  • HOW DO I BOOK A BEACH PICNIC 30A?
    Yay, let’s do it! Head to Let’s Picnic to submit your inquiry. Once we’ve confirmed the availability for your date, we require a 50% deposit to hold the date on our calendar. Reminder! Your date is not on our calendar until the deposit is received!
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A PICNIC?
    All picnic set-ups include the event rentals and creative services from start to finish! We arrive and set up our low-style tables, tapestries for under the tables, cushion/pillow style seating for each guest, live greenery for the styling and decor for all tables and the surrounding area, individual one-time use plates, cups, napkins and flatware, an ice bucket with one bag of ice, prosecco in non glass container and orange juice.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD AND DRINK?
    We provide mimosa station which includes prosecco in non glass container with all picnic set ups. We can arrange charcuterie boards, sweet treats, ect. If you wish to bring your own food or drinks, please make sure you do not have a glass container as it'sprohibited on all Walton County Beach Accesses.We won't be responsible for any fines you may obtain from Code Enforcement Officers. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS IN ADVANCE!
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
    Of course! Feel free to bring your own food or drinks as long as you comply with Walton County Beach Code Enforcement. Only non glass container are permitted on all Walton County Beach Accesses.We won't be responsible for any fines you may obtain from the Code Enforcement Officers. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS IN ADVANCE!
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK A PICNIC?
    Our picnics start at $599. Please see our Packages on our website.
  • HOW LONG ARE YOUR PICNICS?
    2 hours! Additional hours are available for a small hourly fee.
  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK A PICNIC?
    We’re booking up fast! We suggest submitting a deposit (required to hold all picnic dates) at least 3 weeks in advance. We also need to know the exact head count in your party. If you have more than 10 guests there is an additional $100 charge for Walton County Event Permit. Keep in mind that all permit fees are non transferable and non refundable. Please make sure that once you pick location you will remain there. If you do have your own private beach access you will be required to obtain a special event permit authorization from the rental company or the owner. We will provide that form to you. Please make sure you attach the owners or property manager photo ID. Once you have that form filled out you can email it to us and we will take care of it!
  • ONCE WE BOOK A PICNIC, WHAT CAN WE EXPECT?"
    Yay, you’re on the calendar! Once we’ve received your deposit, we will send a contract/proposal over to you via e-mail for you to review and sign. Then, we will begin the process of obtaining your event permit. All of the event permits are subject to availability with the Walton County. We will strive to obtain the event permit closest to the address you provided however if that acces isn't available we will proceed to the next available location. We will let you know which location we were able to obtain no less then 24 hours prior to your event. At that time we will also confirm your start time, and final details about your event.   • WHAT ABOUT WEATHER ISSUES?
    Yes, we know Florida weather can be unpredictable! Once you've booked your picnic and we've received the deposit, we will send you a contract, stating that we then will work with you to reschedule your event within a 14 day window. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable. Last minute reschedule of your picnic won't be possible due to the permit requirements.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Any cancellations up to 30 days prior to your picnic date will receive a full refund minus the permit fee. • Any cancellations after this time will result in a loss of the deposit 50% If bad weather is in the forecast you have 72 hrs prior to the start of your picnic to let us know how you would like to proceed 1. Reschedule to a different available date (additional permit fee will apply) 2. Credit with Beach Picnic 30A for future services (additional permit fee will apply) 3. Move picnic to covered area such as porch/cabana/covered patio or I door if enough space is available 4. Completely cancel (initial deposit is non-refundable- NO EXCEPTIONS)
